activities and events for you to enjoy with other families
with diabetes.

Kalahari is giving DYS Families:
- Room rate for the night of January 6th: $148 (includes waterpark tickets for 6th & 7th)
- DYS folks who just want to come and swim for a day (& not spend the night) can get waterpark passes for $28 dollars a person, on either the 6th or 7th
- 10% off at all food and beverage outlets for Jan 6th
- Each guest will receive an arcade card with 25 tokens and a complimentary round of mini golf at the indoor glow golf course.
Register by Monday December 5th and your breakfast at the Saturday morning educational seminar will be free. Otherwise breakfast at the seminar is $10 a person.

An education series provided free to families with
diabetes. Diabetes-related topics are presented and discussed
by experts. Plenty of time is allowed for discussion and Q & A.
Supervised recreational activities for youth and siblings are
held in an adjoining room, allowing parents to focus on
interactive discussion.
A peer to peer connection for newly diagnosed kids seeks to
soften the impact on kids after being diagnosed with diabetes.
Someone to talk to is important as youth find ways to manage
this new challenge. Contact DYS to connect you with one of
ourSupport Group.
