There are several ways you can support local children living with diabetes.

Kroger Community Rewards
As a 501c3 (non-profit) Organization, Diabetes Youth Services is eligible to receive Community Rewards Points from Kroger! It costs you nothing but a few minutes on-line to set up a Kroger "my" account and help DYS.

1. Go to http://www.krogercommunityrewards.com
2. Click on Sign In/Register on right side of screen.
3. Click on SIGN UP TODAY in the "New Customer?" Box on the Far right on the screen. (if you have an acct, log in)
4. Sign up for Kroger Rewards Account by entering zip code, clicking on your favorite store, enter email address and create a Password. You must "agree to terms".
5. GO TO YOUR EMAIL and click the link in the Kroger email.
6. Click on "My Account" and use your email address/password to proceed.
7. Click on "Edit Kroger Community Rewards" info and input your Kroger Plus card number. Then, "Update" or confirm your info.
8. Enter Diabetes Youth Services NPO #84962 select Diabetes Youth Services & confirm
9. You will see Diabetes Youth Services on the Right side of your screen
10. Swipe or enter your phone number every time you shop.
